This page explains the current storefront entry points without claiming policies that have not yet been approved.
Checkout details
When you enter your email on the checkout page, Tenvik saves it with the other checkout details you have typed (name, phone and shipping address) and the contents of your cart, even if you do not complete the order, so we can follow up on an unfinished order. Card details are entered with our payment provider and are never stored by Tenvik.
Email updates
If you subscribe in the footer, Tenvik saves your email, the time you agreed and the wording you agreed to, and sends you a welcome email and occasional workshop tips and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all marketing email.
Store analytics
Tenvik counts visits with its own first-party cookies to see which pages and products are used and what is searched for on the store (search words stay with Tenvik and are never sent to advertising or analytics providers). No email, name, address or payment detail is part of this, raw IP addresses are not stored, and nothing is shared with advertising networks. Browsers that send Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track are not counted, and you can opt out below at any time.
