Flat glue-up in three steps

  1. Load the boards

    Set the bottom rail on the bench and lay the glued boards between the couplers.

  2. Set the width

    Drop the fixed pins into the holes for your panel width and fit the top rail.

  3. Tighten

    Turn the handle until the seams close and the panel sits flat.

Why the panel stays flat

  • Parallelogram couplers press down while the screw presses in, so boards cannot bow.
  • A copper thread bushing tightens smoothly under high force.
  • Powder-coated bars shed dried glue; squeeze-out pops off.
  • Hang the clamped panel on the wall to free the bench while it dries.

What can I glue up with it?

Cutting boards, cabinet doors, table tops and bench tops up to 24 in wide.

Do I need cauls?

The 4-way design holds the panel flat on its own, which is what cauls are usually for.

Why two clamps?

Most panels need pressure at two points along their length. The pack includes both.
